How long will my order take to arrive?

Every piece is made when you order it and produced close to your delivery address. Your exact delivery window and shipping cost are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. With economy delivery to the EU, the UK, Norway, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, import duties and taxes are covered, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Elsewhere, or with a faster delivery option, your country's customs may charge import fees on delivery, which are paid by you.

Why is everything made to order?

No warehouses, no overstock, no waste. Each piece is printed for you through a global production network, which also keeps transit distances short.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Every piece is made just for you, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong, or your package is lost, email support@shopthefrequencyawakening.com within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
